Senior Product Designer – Owned Channels

Your New Role

Are you a skilled Product Designer with a passion for creating engaging and meaningful customer experiences? We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join a global, fast-paced organization and help shape the future of customer communication across owned digital channels.

In this role, you will design and optimize customer-facing experiences across channels such as email and push notifications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to turn customer insights and business objectives into intuitive, relevant and impactful communication journeys.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will:

• Design and optimize communication experiences across email, push notifications and other owned channels.

• Create scalable UI patterns, templates and components that enable personalization and consistent brand experiences.

• Drive discovery, concept development, prototyping and validation of new communication and lifecycle initiatives.

• Collaborate closely with teams within CRM, Marketing, Loyalty, Product and Engineering.

• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform design decisions and improve customer engagement.

• Contribute to the overall communication strategy by enhancing relevance, usability and customer value across touchpoints.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Strong experience in Product Design and UI Design, with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital experiences.

• Experience designing for email, push notifications, CRM platforms or other communication-focused products and services.

• Strong proficiency in Figma, prototyping tools, design systems and component-based design.

• A solid understanding of customer journeys, personalization, lifecycle marketing and omnichannel experiences.

• Experience using both qualitative and quantitative insights to validate solutions and measure impact.

• The ability to independently drive design work from discovery through delivery.
