Due to growth, we’re looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Finance and Operations Transformation team in Tāmaki Makaurau / Auckland. 

In this role, you’ll focus on procurement and supply chain transformation engagements. Our team supports private and public sector clients across procurement strategy, operating model design, strategic sourcing, category management, supplier performance, cost optimisation and broader operations transformation. 

Your day-to-day could include: 

  • Working with clients on strategic procurement, supply chain and cost transformation programmes, helping shape and deliver initiatives that create lasting commercial and operational impact. 
  • Tackling complex business and supply chain challenges, using data, structured problem solving and market insights to identify opportunities and develop practical solutions. 
  • Developing new strategies and approaches across areas such as procurement, supply chain, operating models, cost optimisation and broader business transformation. 
  • Turning analysis into clear insights, recommendations and compelling stories that support senior leaders to make informed decisions. 
  • Working alongside client teams to translate strategy into action, supporting the design, implementation and delivery of transformation initiatives. 
  • Building trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders, collaborating across organisations to solve problems and drive change. 
  • Contributing to the growth of our practice by bringing new ideas, developing proposals and helping shape solutions for current and future clients.

  • Around 3–5 years’ experience in consulting, procurement, supply chain, operations, commercial or another relevant business environment. 
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work through complex or ambiguous problems and turn information into meaningful insights. 
  • Experience contributing to projects, transformation programmes or initiatives focused on improving business performance, reducing cost or delivering better outcomes. 
  • Commercial curiosity and an interest in understanding how organisations operate, how markets and suppliers work, and where opportunities for improvement exist. 
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to develop clear recommendations and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders. 
  • Confidence building relationships and working collaboratively with clients, colleagues and senior stakeholders. 
  • An adaptable and proactive mindset, with the ability to learn quickly, take ownership and work across different clients, industries and challenges. 
  • Curiosity about emerging technology, data and A.I., and how these can be used to transform the way organisations operate.
