About the roleKey Responsibilities: •Reviews the proposal and delivery model with presales support •Provides the Level of Effort of the build activities •Proposes the management architecture for some managed offers •Contributes to service creation or evolution (PoC/PoV/Bespoke solutions) •Validates non-standard requests •Participates in project internal and external kickoff meetings •Participates in technical workshops with the customer •Helps collecting the technical requirements •Aligns the project timeline and deliverables with PM •Deployment and configuration of different security solutions •Conform to existing operational service processes, technical procedures, guidelines, and best practices •Manages the rollout plans with the customer and PM •Tests the security scope with the customer and any other relevant stakeholder •Provides post implementation support •Initiates the HOTO process with the Operations team and conduct knowledge transfer sessions •Coordinates and performs disconnection tasks •Conform to corporate security policies and code of ethics
About youMust have: •Expert Network Security Skills •Advanced networking skills. Very good understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching and SDWAN •Ability to work and communicate effectively in English (both written and spoken) •Excellent Customer communication skills •Able to remain calm and focused in potentially stressful situations •Sound customer facing experience •At least 3 years hands-on experience with one or more of the following solutions: - Firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, CheckPoint, Juniper, Cisco) - SDWAN technologies (Viptela, Meraki, Fortinet) - Remote Access Solutions (Ivanti) - ASE (Palo Alto Prisma Access) - F5 (LTM, GTM, WAF) - SSE (Zscaler) - Antivirus and Antimalware. - IDS & IDP (McAfee, Juniper, Fortinet, Cisco) - URL & Content filtering solution. - Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) - Unix/Linux operating system.
Good to have: •French is a plus •Certification in IT/Network security or vendor relevant certifications. •Scripting •Project management knowledge
