Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Networking, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in VMWare administration is required, along with the ability to work mid to night shifts.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize server and database performance, patch management, vulnerability remediation and Infrastructure maintenance across VMWare servers.
- Maintain a secure, stable and compliant enterprise environment through structured patching cycles, automated remediation workflows and proactive system hardening.
- Implement and maintain backup, recovery, and high availability strategies for mission-critical systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Networking, Information Technology or any IT related course.
- 2-3 years of experience as a System Administrator of VMWare.
- Can start asap.
- Willing to perform mid to night shift schedule (after office hours) for the remediation.
- Willing to work onsite in Ayala Ave, Makati City.
