Your Key Responsibilities

• Data preparation: identify, collect and sort relevant data from different sources to prepare for analysis. Perform data cleaning, validation, and testing as needed, and work with the team to identify and resolve data quality issues.

• Model evaluation and definition: evaluate and define suitable analytical models, including statistical models, ML models, and AI models, based on available data and information to support feasibility studies, proofs of concept, and deployable analytics solutions.

• Operationalize analytics models: transfer analytics models into scalable, deployable software and integrate developed models into applications and workflows.

• Deployment tooling: design and prepare the tools, workflows, and technical components needed for model deployment.

• Contonious operations and monitoring: act as the main contact person for DevOps-related topics, and monitor, support, and maintain deployed models and components. Monitor model performance and support continuous improvement after deployment.

• Technical collaboration: work with solution architects to understand business requirements, collaborate with data scientists and data engineers on model deployment and data pipelines development

• Technology scouting: track AI technology trends, especially GenAI models, and evaluate new model capabilities and performance.

• Alignment with headquarter: liaise with the corresponding AI teams at headquarter to align and synchronize latest AI technologies, tools, and best practices, etc.

Your Qualifications

• Educational background: degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related scientific/engineering discipline; a master’s degree is preferred.

• Work experience: over 5 years of relevant experience in machine learning, AI engineering, or data-related software development; experience in applied AI projects is preferred.

• Engineering & deployment knowledge: good knowledge of scalable software development, system integration, and production-grade technical solutions.

• Data & ML knowledge: solid understanding of data processing, data quality, statistical methods, and analytical model evaluation.

• AI technology knowledge: good understanding of AI technologies, especially GenAI models, mainstream IT architecture patterns, cloud services, deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, with familiarity in large model principles, NLP, model optimization, RAG, AI agents, and prompt engineering.

• Collaboration skills: strong teamwork and communication skills, able to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

• Problem-solving mindset: able to analyze technical challenges and support practical, high-quality solutions.

• Others: proficiency in English, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
