As a Cybersecurity Expert – Account Lead, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all cybersecurity initiatives for a specific client account within our organization. You will act as the primary interface between our company and the client, and will be accountable for defining and implementing the cybersecurity strategy while ensuring ownership of the associated P&L
- Define and implement a cybersecurity strategy tailored to the specific needs of the client account.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client account, building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships.
- Oversee and coordinate all cybersecurity activities related to the client account, including threat monitoring, incident management, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage the financial aspects of the account, including budget creation and tracking, revenue maximization, and cost optimization to ensure account profitability.
- Identify growth opportunities and the development of additional cybersecurity services for the client account.
- Work closely with internal sales, delivery, and support teams to ensure client satisfaction and achievement of business objectives.
- Regularly present reports on account performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs), identified risks, and mitigation actions.
- Maintain continuous technology vigilance to stay up to date with cybersecurity trends and best practices.

Your profile:
- You have solid experience in cybersecurity, with strong technical expertise in information security technologies.
- Strong client account management skills, with the ability to understand and address client-specific needs and requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Solid financial management skills, including the ability to build and manage budgets and analyze financial performance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex cybersecurity initiatives and make strategic decisions.
- University degree in a relevant field (computer science, cybersecurity, engineering, etc.) or equivalent experience.
- Cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.) are preferred.
