Join our Raymond Team as a Toyota Production System Analyst!

 

The Role:

We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated TPS Analyst who brings enthusiasm and curiosity to the table. In this role, you’ll be working with associates on the production floor, identifying opportunities, solving problems, and developing TPS capability, while collaborating with a dynamic and diverse team to achieve shared goals. We value innovative and creative ideas—yes, even during meetings (where snacks are always welcome). What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting manufacturing and management by performing data analysis that drives manufacturing improvements
  • Working closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Design Engineers, and Production Managers to develop effective countermeasures
  • Utilizing data to find proactive approaches to improve training to prevent repeat problems in manufacturing processes
  • Observing processes in order to understand opportunities for improvement
  • Analyzing data in Excel

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Associates Degree or 3-5 years relevant work experience
  • Specifically experience with Kaizen, Muda, 5S, and Quality Control Circles
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Power Bi)

 

Where and When You’ll Work:

  • This is an in-person role located at our Muscatine, IA facility – ideal for those who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment
  • Standard working hours are 6am – 3pm. Overtime may be required based on business needs, however, it is not guaranteed
  • Travel anticipated to be up to 15%

 

What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:

 

Salary - $57,250 - $73,395 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.

Relocation: This role may be eligible for relocation assistance.
