What We're Looking For:

The Enterprise Systems Analyst, Senior is responsible for analyzing business problems to be solved with automated systems.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• This role serves as a technical subject matter expert for Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC) and is responsible for designing, analyzing, and implementing mission-critical business requirements

• Implements and maintains software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprise-wide applications associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of data for internal department planning and activities
• Performs configuration, setup, and updating of applications, including table definitions and access control
• Enters and creates processes to ensure validity of data entered into established tables, fields and system databases
• Analyzes and designs extensions and tailored solutions required for aligning packaged applications to meet functional business requirements and specifications. Ensures data security is designed into each developed application
• Produce reports using query and flexible reporting tools to meet the requirements of business management and staff
• Reviews user access and trains users on applications
• Supports system upgrades, including planning, scheduling, coordination, and deployment. Facilitates testing of enhancements, fixes, patches and upgrades
• Contributes to making changes in application development, maintenance and system standards
• Provides timely resolution of problems or escalations on behalf of customers
• Ensures availability and performance of systems and application environments through proactive as well as reactive analysis and maintenance. Identifies and coordinates health checks related to architecture and tuning efforts
• Works with cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues

• Lead the design and analysis of complex business requirements. Act as the primary liaison between IT and Business stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with strategic business goals.

• Experience utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, algorithms, and systems to solve problems, automate processes, and extract insights from data
• Ability to work effectively within an Agile DevSecOps methodology

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams collaboratively and mentor junior analysts.

Minimum Education or Equivalent: •   Bachelors Degree required

Minimum Work Experience: •   5+ years of experience
