We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to own the end-to-end product lifecycle of a data-driven B2B platform. The role will focus on translating customer and business needs into product strategy, defining roadmaps, evaluating data sources, and partnering closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-quality data products.
The ideal candidate will have strong product management experience, preferably within FinTech, B2B SaaS, DataTech, or information services, with a strong understanding of data products, APIs, data pipelines, and customer-driven product development.
Key Responsibilities• Define and execute product strategy for key modules, translating business objectives into a clear and prioritized roadmap.
- Own the complete product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements definition through development, launch, measurement, and continuous improvement.
- Understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics to identify high-impact product opportunities.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant third-party data sources, assessing data quality, reliability, coverage, and commercial value.
- Work with technical teams on data pipeline architecture, data quality, APIs, integrations, and system scalability.
- Define product requirements, user stories, priorities, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to communicate product value propositions and support product launches and customer-facing initiatives.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify product gaps and prioritize enhancements based on business impact.
- Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure product capabilities and data usage align with applicable regulations, including MCA, GST, and other relevant frameworks.
- Monitor product performance and adoption metrics and use insights to drive product improvements.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of roadmap initiatives.
What's Makes You a Great Fit• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in FinTech, B2B SaaS, DataTech, or data-driven platforms.
- Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap planning, product discovery, and lifecycle management.
- Experience working with data products, data pipelines, APIs, integrations, or third-party data sources.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data and business requirements into actionable product decisions.
- Ability to work effectively with engineering and understand technical concepts around data architecture, APIs, scalability, and integrations.
- Strong customer orientation and experience incorporating user feedback into product decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to balance customer needs, business priorities, technical feasibility, and regulatory considerations.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
