KEY REQUIREMENTS
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in product analysis/product ownership, business analysis, UX support, or digital product delivery, ideally in complex, data-driven environments. Experience in payments, banking, or operational platforms is highly desirable.
Education
- University degree in Business, Engineering, Design, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
Technical Skills
- Agile ways of working; backlog refinement; user stories and acceptance criteria; stakeholder management; documentation of functional requirements; Jira/Confluence; familiarity with Figma; strong analytical mindset; understanding of payments or operational workflows; fluent English and Spanish.
Other Relevant Information
- Strong collaboration skills; comfortable working with Product Owner, UX/UI, and Engineering teams; able to translate business needs into clear functional definitions; detail-oriented and structured.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Overall Responsibility
Support the Product Owner in defining, analysing, and delivering Quantum enhancements by translating business needs into clear functional requirements, maintaining backlog readiness, and ensuring alignment across product, UX/UI, engineering, and operations.
Primary Activities
- Gather and analyse business and user requirements for Quantum.
- Translate needs into clear user stories, functional rules, and acceptance criteria.
- Support backlog refinement, documentation, and dependency tracking.
- Work closely with the Product Owner, UX/UI, and Engineering teams to ensure feasibility and consistency.
- Validate delivered functionality and support functional QA/UAT.
- Maintain product documentation and clarify open points with stakeholders.
- Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities in the product.
- Support release readiness and communication across involved teams.
