The project: Mace will be playing a key role in supporting the future of UK nuclear infrastructure. You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing safe, high‑quality and compliant delivery, promoting wellbeing, inclusion and strong PMO and Project Controls standards.
- Shaping and implement effective PMO and Project Controls strategies while strengthening service excellence and industry engagement.
- Managing project teams across cost, schedule, change, risk and reporting, supporting long‑term strategic development.
- Mentoring teams, share best practice, and support resourcing to enable people and projects to excel.
- Managing PMO and Project Controls delivery, ensuring effective frameworks, baseline management and robust governance across assigned commissions.
- Providing expert guidance on cost, schedule, change, risk and reporting while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Managing and developing PMO and Project Controls teams, supporting integration with Planning disciplines.
- Driving compliance, mitigate risks and support net‑zero objectives throughout project delivery.
You’ll need to have:
- Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent) with strong ongoing development.
- Extensive delivery‑phase experience across complex property or infrastructure programmes.
- Strong commercial, financial and senior‑stakeholder management capability.
- Proven leadership of diverse teams with awareness of carbon and sustainability considerations.
