As a QA Engineer Manager within our Assurance practice, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth. You will leverage advanced technologies and techniques to design and develop robust data solutions for clients. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will apply data, algorithms, and software engineering to build and deploy software and platform systems that create Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning-based solutions at scale. Your work will involve designing AI systems, data wrangling, and software implementation to enable the AI models to be useful and scalable.
Responsibilities
- Leading the design and development of AI systems to transform raw data into actionable insights - Managing complex data analysis and data wrangling to support AI model scalability - Implementing machine learning libraries and algorithms to enhance data-driven decision-making - Developing and maintaining data infrastructure and pipelines for seamless data integration - Utilizing programming languages such as Python and C++ to build robust software solutions - Overseeing the deployment of AI and machine learning solutions at scale - Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and deliver quality outcomes - Validating project planning, budgeting, and execution to meet client expectations - Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with stakeholders - Promoting innovation and embracing change to drive business growth and success
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 8 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Mathematical Statistics, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Artificial Intelligence and Robotics - At least one of the following: Certifications aligned to data engineering, machine learning, and cloud platforms, including AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, or related data and AI credentials - Demonstrating proficiency in AI implementation and machine learning libraries - Utilizing advanced data modeling and data integration techniques - Excelling in complex data analysis and pattern recognition - Leading teams in developing innovative AI solutions - Embracing change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
