We are seeking a Senior Frontend Software Engineer to build scalable, high-performance digital experiences that directly impact product adoption and customer success. Accountabilities:

• Act as a senior software engineer focused on frontend development, while contributing to backend APIs and services when needed to deliver complete solutions.

• Lead the technical strategy and implementation of frontend features and experiments, from solution design through production delivery.

• Design and develop accessible, scalable, and high-performance user interfaces focused on excellent customer experiences.

• Solve complex technical challenges while balancing quality, performance, scalability, and delivery speed in an agile environment.

• Make data-driven technical decisions by leveraging metrics, user insights, and performance indicators to continuously improve solutions.

• Identify technical risks, challenge assumptions, and proactively suggest improvements throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Ensure application quality through automated testing, monitoring, observability practices, and analytical instrumentation.

• Use AI tools strategically to improve development workflows while maintaining strong engineering standards and code quality.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Data teams to define, build, and evolve solutions.

• Mentor other engineers through code reviews, design discussions, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.

• Contribute to product growth metrics such as activation, adoption, and conversion through impactful engineering initiatives.

• Document relevant technical decisions to support scalability, maintenance, and future development.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in frontend development.

• Advanced knowledge of React and JavaScript/TypeScript, with solid experience building modern web applications.

• Strong understanding of HTML and CSS, including accessibility, performance optimization, and user experience principles.

• Experience integrating and consuming REST APIs, with the ability to contribute to backend services when required.

• Strong knowledge of software architecture and engineering best practices, including SOLID principles, Clean Code, Clean Architecture, Design Patterns, DRY, and object-oriented programming.

• Experience developing automated tests using tools such as Jest and Testing Library.

• Experience creating reusable components and evolving Design Systems.

• Familiarity with Docker, application monitoring, observability, and performance analysis.

• Experience using AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar solutions, with the ability to critically review and validate generated code.

• Ability to use AI strategically by providing context, defining constraints, and breaking down complex problems to accelerate development without compromising quality.

• Experience working in autonomous, fast-paced environments with short delivery cycles, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.

• Strong communication skills, ownership mindset, and ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

Nice-to-have experience:

• Knowledge of relational databases, especially PostgreSQL.

• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.

• Background working with SaaS products, Growth, or Product-Led Growth (PLG) environments.

• Experience with application observability and monitoring solutions.

• Familiarity with product analytics and experimentation tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, or similar platforms.
