We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager – WMS to lead the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of warehouse management products and internal systems. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of product management experience, with strong exposure to warehouse operations, internal business systems, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
You will work closely with engineering, operations, supply chain, logistics, and business teams to identify operational challenges and translate them into scalable product solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse workflows, inventory processes, system integrations, and technology-driven operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities• Own the product roadmap and lifecycle for warehouse management and internal systems, aligning product priorities with business and operational objectives.
- Understand warehouse workflows including inbound receiving, put-away, inventory management, picking, packing, dispatch, returns, and stock reconciliation.
- Gather requirements from warehouse operations, supply chain, logistics, and internal stakeholders and convert them into clear product requirements.
- Define product vision, user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and release priorities.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to build scalable and user-friendly warehouse solutions.
- Identify process inefficiencies and develop technology solutions to improve warehouse productivity, accuracy, visibility, and operational efficiency.
- Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and coordinate product releases based on business impact and user needs.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new internal systems.
- Monitor product performance through operational metrics, user feedback, and business KPIs, and continuously identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with technology teams on integrations between WMS and other internal systems such as ERP, inventory, order management, transportation, and reporting platforms.
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of product-related issues by working closely with operations and engineering teams.
- Conduct user research, process mapping, competitive analysis, and market research to identify opportunities for enhancing warehouse technology.
Must-Have Skills• 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably working on operational, supply chain, logistics, or enterprise products.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and operational workflows.
- Hands-on experience working with Internal Systems and cross-functional business applications.
- Strong product discovery, requirement gathering, prioritization, and roadmap management skills.
- Ability to translate complex operational requirements into scalable technology solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working closely with engineering and business teams in an Agile product development environment.
Good-to-Have Skills• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Knowledge of inventory management, order fulfillment, supply chain, logistics, and warehouse automation.
- Understanding of WMS integrations with ERP, OMS, TMS, APIs, and other enterprise systems.
- Experience with warehouse dashboards, operational analytics, and KPI tracking.
- Exposure to barcode scanning, RFID, automation, or other warehouse technology solutions.
Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in Product Management, preferably within logistics, supply chain, warehousing, e-commerce, retail, or enterprise technology.
