Full description

The Process Center of Excellence (CoE) is driving the implementation of Business Process Management (BPM) practices across all MKS divisions and corporate functions. As Business Process Analyst you will work closely with Business Process Owners (BPOs) and process experts from IT and other functions to create end-to-end process documentation and lead or support continuous process improvement initiatives.    This position is a temporary contract (duration : one year, until Oct. 2027)   You Will Make an Impact By:

  • Working closely with BPOs on BPM initiatives to create additional transparency, drive process improvements, monitor process performance, or implement process automations. 
  • Facilitate process governance with BPOs, provide process mapping and modelling support, coordinate work between all relevant process stakeholders and provide support in working with BPM tools. 
  • Gather and analyze information from a variety of sources (expert interviews, documentation, and databases) to create high quality business processes (BPMN 2.0) within our specified global process framework. 
  • Facilitate workshops, fact-finding interviews, project management activities, and other necessary activities to gather and synthesize information for the Process CoE. 
  • Guide BPOs to analyze process performance using a BPM tools and process analysis methods e.g., LEAN  
  • Explore advanced BPM tools including process and task mining and low code automation within the BPM team, or other teams in IT focused on AI, RPA and workflow automation.  
  • Develop and provide training to various process stakeholders to improve BPM capabilities, enterprise wide. 

  Skills You Bring:

  • Minimum of 4 years working experience related to Business Process Management (BPM) techniques, and methods, including process mapping / or in internal controls, or internal/external audit environment.  
  • Experience with project management approaches, tools and all phases of the project lifecycle.  
  • High level of initiative and ownership, bold and confident attitude towards challenges  
  • Advanced skill level with BPM tools and process modelling notation BPMN 2.0; proficient level in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word 
  • Structured, observant with the ability to translate and synthetize discussions to focused documentation. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  
  • Ability to organize and prioritize actions to meet objectives in a dynamic environment. 
  • Strong English language skills (min. C1) 

  Preferred Skills: 

  • Experience with Celonis Process Intelligence or comparable process management and process mining solutions. 
  • Experience with Automation tools like UiPath, MS PowerApps a plus but not required. 
  • Experience working in a multi-national company.
