As an SRE Engineer - Senior Associate - AI Managed Services - Consult, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outsourced solutions that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for our clients. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on transitioning and managing services, overseeing delivery teams, and optimizing processes to provide exceptional client support. Your work will involve continuous improvement and the strategic management of delivery risks and performance.

Responsibilities
- Managing and optimizing managed services processes to enhance client operations and efficiency - Leading the transition and execution of service delivery teams, confirming alignment with client objectives - Utilizing project management and process optimization skills to streamline operations and reduce costs - Developing and implementing automation frameworks to improve service delivery and operational performance - Engaging with clients to build meaningful relationships and understand their evolving needs - Analyzing complex data to inform insights and recommendations for continuous improvement - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business transformation and process improvement initiatives - Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines and client expectations - Mentoring junior team members to foster growth and enhance team capabilities - Navigating complex situations with critical thinking to deliver quality outcomes and client satisfaction
What You Must Have
- Observability Platforms (Datadog, Splunk, Grafana/Prometheus/ Open telemetry or Dynatrace expertise.) - Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) (SLO/SLI frameworks, error budgets, and MTTR improvement.) - Alert Noise Reduction (Alert correlation, false-positive reduction, and alert fatigue management.) - Python & Infrastructure as Code (Automation and self-healing/runbook automation development.) - ITSM & ServiceNow ITOM (Ticketing, alerting workflows, and operational data analysis.) - At least 6-9 years of experience
- At least a Bachelor's degree - Oral and written proficiency in English required
