Accountabilities:

  • Own and execute the roadmap for matching and activity capture, including data quality improvements, customer issue triage, reliability initiatives, and future enhancements.
  • Lead CRM integration roadmap execution, supporting connectivity across platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and emerging CRM connectors.
  • Develop toward broader ownership of unified data platform delivery milestones and administrative platform initiatives over the first 12–18 months.
  • Represent platform capabilities in customer-facing conversations, including architecture reviews, technical discussions with IT and data teams, and roadmap presentations for enterprise stakeholders.
  • Serve as a trusted technical product partner, translating complex platform capabilities and data architecture concepts into clear business value for customers and internal teams.
  • Create repeatable enablement materials and messaging for Customer Success and Sales Engineering teams covering platform differentiators, data quality, integrations, and technical capabilities.
  • Establish clear success metrics across roadmap areas and build continuous feedback loops with customers, Customer Success, Technical Services, and engineering teams.
  • Incorporate AI-powered tools and workflows into product discovery, PRD development, data analysis, customer enablement, and broader product operations.
  • Balance strategic product planning with hands-on execution in a technically complex and rapidly evolving environment.

Requirements:

  • 6–10 years of product management experience, including at least 2 years operating at a senior or staff-level capacity.
  • Deep familiarity with enterprise data ecosystems, including CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Dynamics, data lakes and warehouses, event pipelines, APIs, integration patterns, and data modeling.
  • Demonstrated experience building or managing platform-layer products such as matching systems, data pipelines, integrations, administrative configuration tools, or data quality solutions.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and comfort investigating complex technical and data-related problems, including work in research-adjacent or technically sophisticated environments.
  • Proven ability to represent technical products with enterprise IT organizations, data engineering leaders, and executive-level buyers.
  • Experience working in a high-growth or early-stage B2B SaaS environment where priorities, processes, and organizational structures can evolve quickly.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, prioritization, and product strategy skills, with the ability to move effectively between technical details and executive-level discussions.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; a background in computer science, engineering, or another technical discipline is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools effectively to improve product discovery, analysis, documentation, and team workflows.

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation package tailored to factors such as experience, skills, training, certifications, and location.
  • Eligibility for commission or bonus programs, with applicable targets included in overall on-target earnings.
  • Equity opportunities for eligible regular employees.
  • Employee benefits package available to eligible regular employees.
  • Remote work environment with flexibility designed to support distributed collaboration.
  • Opportunity to work on high-impact AI and enterprise data products within a fast-growing B2B SaaS organization.
