Your future starts here

As part of the TWINT WL App Team, you act as the link between business, customers, and engineering teams. You analyse needs, turn them into clear and actionable requirements, and support delivery from concept through testing to launch. You work closely with internal teams, banks, and external partners to ensure feasibility and alignment with the product roadmap. You focus on a modern mobile app environment and collaborate with iOS, Android, and DevOps engineers.

  • Drive business analysis and requirements engineering, translating needs into functional, interface, and technical specifications for development teams
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, banks, and business customers to clarify requirements and align priorities for the roadmap
  • Support testing across the delivery lifecycle, including planning, execution, defect analysis, and validation; analyse application logs and work with technical teams to resolve issues
  • Support the Product Owner with Scrum-related activities, facilitate daily team meetings, track open topics, and drive their resolution
  • Contribute to release, change, and deployment management and help ensure stable operations through incident and problem management

Your skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or Application Manager in a software environment, ideally for mobile apps
  • Strong background in requirements engineering, business analysis, and specification writing; solid understanding of software development, testing, and release/change management
  • Experience working with agile teams in collaboration with iOS, Android, and DevOps engineers
  • Ability to analyse technical information, including logs and application behaviour, and discuss findings with engineering teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; you work effectively with technical and non-technical counterparts
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and pragmatic way of working with a strong sense of ownership
  • Very good English and good German; French is a plus
