Key responsibilities:

  • Act as the senior ambassador for the product roadmap across business, market and executive stakeholders.
  • Define and lead the communication strategy for roadmap updates, prioritisation decisions and experimentation outcomes.
  • Build compelling executive presentations, product updates and leadership briefings.
  • Create clear narratives that connect product investments to business value and customer outcomes.
  • Provide leadership teams with visibility of adoption performance, stakeholder sentiment and emerging opportunities.
  • Synthesise feedback from across the organisation into actionable recommendations for Product leadership.
  • Define and track success metrics for product adoption and communication effectiveness.
  • Lead, coach and develop a direct report, supporting both adoption initiatives and product evangelisation activities.

About you

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:

  • At least 4 years' experience in product marketing, product communications, corporate communications or a related discipline.
  • Experience supporting complex digital products, ideally within a global e-commerce environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to influence at organisational and leadership level.
  • Exceptional executive communication, presentation and stakeholder management capability.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex concepts and tell compelling stories for diverse audiences.
  • Experience managing, mentoring or developing at least one direct report.
  • Familiarity with product development methodologies, experimentation and digital product lifecycles.
  • A collaborative approach combined with strong ownership and accountability for outcomes.
  • Experience working closely with Product Management or Digital Product teams.
  • Exposure to product adoption, change management or transformation programmes within a global organisation.
