This role supports the implementation of the SIS program at the Toluca Complex by coordinating financial activities and training operative staff on cost deployment. The analyst will also track VCP initiatives and review kaizen projects to ensure the plant meets its financial targets.

This position is under the general guidance and support of the Plant Controller.
This position is responsible for:
- Supporting the implementation of SIS program in the Toluca Complex as a Finance Champion. Activities include:
- Coordinating activities related to the financial support of the SIS program.
- Support operative people for training related to loss/cost deployment issues.
- Planning on supporting the activities related to achieve the targets set for the Plant for the projects that should produce the benefits/savings.
- Follow up on the VCP initiatives with operations supporting the Plant Controller.
- Review and approve kaizenes for projects presented for the operative areas of the Plant.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of core Finance or Accounting experience
- The ability to understand and financially valuate processes or projects and generate value analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in SAP or PSAP and Smart View / Essbase and knowledge of the project writing system
