You will lead the development of sophisticated marketing automation workflows, email campaigns, and customer journeys while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences. Accountabilities:
- Develop, configure, and deploy marketing campaigns, customer journeys, and automation workflows using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Design and build responsive, dynamic, and personalized email templates utilizing HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS).
- Configure and manage key Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, Contact Builder, and Mobile Studio.
- Develop SQL queries, create and maintain Data Extensions, implement audience segmentation, and execute personalization strategies.
- Build and support triggered communications, lifecycle marketing campaigns, and automated customer engagement programs.
- Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external platforms through APIs, ensuring reliable data synchronization and seamless system connectivity.
- Monitor email deliverability, campaign performance, IP/domain reputation, and recommend optimization strategies to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot campaign execution, automation processes, data issues, and system integrations while ensuring platform stability.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, administrators, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable marketing solutions.
- Act as a module lead and primary point of contact for assigned business units or markets, providing technical leadership and guidance.
- Prepare technical documentation, contribute to proof of concepts, and recommend continuous improvements based on analytics and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 5.5+ years of professional experience with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, Contact Builder, and Mobile Studio.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Data Extensions, audience segmentation, and customer data management.
- Experience developing responsive and personalized email templates using HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS).
- Proven experience managing email campaigns, customer journeys, triggered communications, lifecycle campaigns, and marketing automation workflows.
- Strong understanding of personalization strategies, campaign automation, and customer engagement best practices.
- Experience integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external systems using APIs.
- Knowledge of email testing, deliverability best practices, IP/domain reputation management, and campaign performance optimization.
- Ability to troubleshoot campaign, automation, integration, and data-related issues within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Familiarity with Advertising Studio and Salesforce Mobile SDK is considered an advantage.
- Experience working independently within Agile, geographically distributed teams, supported by excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
