Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Oversight: Support the planning, implementation, optimization, and measurement of business processes to drive operational excellence.
  • Tool and Model Management: Assist in the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of business tools, ensuring consistency and harmonization.
  • System Improvement Proposals: Develop proposals for system enhancements and oversee the testing and introduction of new techniques, tools, and processes.
  • IT Project Involvement: Participate in IT projects, contribute to system maintenance and development, and support strategic planning, scheduling and margin management areas.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Assist in developing, updating, and enforcing relevant regulations.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor processes and system performance, provide insights, and suggest improvements.
  • Business Analysis: Collect and prioritize business requirements, conduct business analysis, and create functional specifications.
  • Software Portfolio Management: Manage the software portfolio, acting as a bridge between end users, IT, and third-party support.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: MSc in Chemical Engineering (nice to have), Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical and mathematical background.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective project and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in functional specification writing and translating business needs into precise requirements for developers.
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies such as MS Excel (VBA), Power BI (DAX), Power Query, PowerPivot, Office applications
  • Language: Advanced level of English, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory requirement):

  • Knowledge of supply chain optimization, planning and scheduling methods/tools.
  • Experience as a Product Owner in an agile development environment.
  • Experience with master data governance, master data management, data cleaning, and data quality assurance.
  • Familiarity with self-service business intelligence reporting and data modeling practices.
