Full description

We're looking for a sharp, strategic Product Marketing Manager to own the voice of Reco in the market. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the intersection of product, sales, and go-to-market at a moment when the security landscape is being reshaped by AI.

You'll translate complex capabilities from SaaS posture management to agentic AI security and non-human identity governance into narratives that resonate with security leaders. You'll build competitive programs that arm the field, shape how analysts and buyers understand emerging AI risk categories, and partner with Product and Engineering to ensure the market perspective drives what we build.

You'll be the connective tissue between what Reco does and why it matters to buyers, to practitioners, to analysts, and to our own teams.

Responsibilities

  • Build and operationalize a competitive intelligence program that keeps the company consistently informed about the market, including the fast-evolving AI security and agentic security landscape.
  • Own win/loss analysis; synthesize findings into actionable insights for product, sales, and leadership.
  • Track how competitors are positioning around AI agents, non-human identities, and security for AI tools and define how Reco stands apart.
  • Be the go-to expert on how Reco compares to the market and how we should talk about it.

Market & Customer Intelligence

  • Continuously track emerging use cases, shifting buyer needs, and market trends, including how AI adoption is creating new security requirements and translate those signals into strategic action.
  • Run customer interviews and synthesize insights from across the field to keep Reco grounded in real-world problems, particularly around AI agent risk, shadow AI, and non-human identity sprawl.
  • Monitor analyst coverage and category formation around agentic AI security and AI-SPM and help Reco shape the narrative.
  • Feed intelligence into product, marketing campaigns, and executive strategy.

Storytelling & GTM Narrative

  • Translate complex technical capabilities including AI-driven detection, agentic security, and security for AI tools into clear, outcome-driven narratives that articulate customer value and business impact.
  • Develop and own Reco's core GTM messaging from platform positioning to use-case-level stories across personas, including the emerging CISO conversation around AI risk governance.
  • Create content that works across the funnel: website, decks, one-pagers, blog posts, and customer-facing collateral.

Product & Engineering Partnership

  • Serve as a strategic partner to Product and Engineering, bringing market, customer, field, and competitive perspectives, especially around AI security, into roadmap decisions.
  • Lead go-to-market planning for new feature and product launches, including capabilities in agentic security and AI posture management, ensuring messaging and enablement are ready at launch.
  • Help define how new capabilities are packaged, named, and positioned before they ship.

Sales & Field Enablement

  • Create the tools sellers need to have better conversations: messaging frameworks, competitive battle cards, discovery guidance, and objection handling, including how to position Reco in AI security conversations.
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership to understand where deals are won and lost, and close the gaps.
  • Deliver regular enablement sessions to keep the field sharp and confident on evolving topics like AI agents, non-human identities, and security for AI.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in cybersecurity, identity, or adjacent security verticals.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI, you follow how AI agents, copilots, and LLM-based tools are reshaping enterprise workflows and the security challenges they introduce.
  • Proven ability to distill complex technical concepts including emerging topics like agentic AI risk, non-human identities, and AI-SPM into crisp, compelling narratives.
  • Hands-on experience building competitive programs, running win/loss analysis, and turning insights into sales tools.
  • Strong cross-functional instincts you know how to influence without authority and build trust with Product, Sales, and Marketing peers.
  • A bias toward execution: you can move from strategy to artifact quickly, without sacrificing quality.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) required.
