Are you a fit? Sounds awesome, right? Now, let's make sure you're a good fit for the role:
Role Overview
The goal of this role is to build the charts and metrics of a dashboard based on three defined inputs: (1) tables at a set level of granularity, (2) a user story that defines what the dashboard must answer, and (3) an approved UX/UI design. This role translates these inputs into visuals — it does not define business logic or model data.
Must-have Skills:
- 2+ years of experience with SQL.
- Visual Implementation: Implements charts and visuals according to the mockup, faithfully following the design system.
- DAX Measures: Builds simple DAX measures — aggregations, counts, ratios, context filters, CALCULATE-based measures, and basic time intelligence — derived directly from provided tables, without model transformation.
- Data Connectivity: Connects reports to data sources in the corresponding environment (DEV/QA).
- Validation: Validates that each visual answers the user story, not just renders data.
- Adherence to Scope: Follows the approved mockup and design system precisely; escalates deviations to UX/UI rather than improvising.
Out of Scope:
- Does not model data or create new relationships/bridge tables (owned by the data/architecture team).
- Does not define business logic or metrics derived from pillar rules (these arrive pre-validated from functional/analytics teams).
- Does not decide visual design — executes it.
- Does not promote to PRD (gated by another role/approver).
What we offer:
- A High-Impact Environment
- Commitment to Professional Development
- Flexible and Collaborative Culture
- Global Opportunities
- Vibrant Community
