In your role: You'll be a senior voice on Scapia's design team - setting the visual direction across our platforms, working closely with designers, and contributing to strategy conversations.

What you'll do:

  • Set visual direction and raise the bar on design quality across the team
  • Partner with marketing, content, and business stakeholders to shape briefs and campaigns — not just execute them
  • Design compelling graphics for marketing and brand platforms
  • Bring a strategic point of view to campaign planning
  • Manage multiple projects, balancing quality with fast delivery

What you'll bring:

  • 5+ years in visual/graphic design
  • Strong Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator skills; After Effects/Rive a plus
  • Strong communication - comfortable pushing back and translating business goals into design decisions
  • A genuine passion for travel
