As a Cognyter you will:

  • Work with product management functions, global marketing, and sales to build the narrative and value proposition of our products.
  • Create compelling marketing content and sales enablement collateral.
  • Develop and implement GTM strategies and demand generation activities.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to maximize the business potential of existing and new customers.
  • Assist with competitive analysis and market research.
  • Join strategic marketing workshops, international events, and customer meetings.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment across Product, Sales, Marketing, and business stakeholders.
  • Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, taking ownership from concept to delivery.
  • Help shape and scale Product Marketing best practices, processes, and methodologies across the organization.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and influence business decisions through market, customer, and competitive insights.
  • You will report to the VP of Product and be part of an industry-leading Product Management team (30+ people strong).

Requirements

For this mission, you’ll need:

  • 6+ years of experience in B2G/B2B marketing – a must.
  • Proven track record of developing product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for complex technology solutions.
  • Track record of fast-paced creation of marketing materials based on high-end and diverse technologies.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving outcomes in matrix organizations.
  • Familiarity with intelligence practices and technologies – a big advantage.
  • Experience in market research, messaging, positioning, and competitive analysis.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex technologies into compelling customer value.
  • Ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership, initiative, and accountability.
  • Successful track record of collaborating with local and international teams.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and visual communication skills.
  • Strong team player who knows how to work effectively with multiple organizational departments.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and the ability to grow into future leadership responsibilities.
  • Comfortable operating in both strategic and hands-on execution environments.
  • A willingness to travel for at least 15%.
