Systems Engineering Manager (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Systems engineering management for a satellite Phase B2/C/D project.
- Leveraging existing technologies, concepts and processes to shorten turnover times
- Leading a team of highly skilled space enthusiasts
- Responsible to manage and coordinate all systems engineering activities throughout the lifecycle of the project including technical baselining, interface management, budget management, requirements management, product definition, integration sequencing
- Stakeholders to manage: systems engineering team, customers technical team
- Stakeholders to interface with: subsystem engineering teams incl. procurement, project office, project management, product assurance, AIT
Your Qualifications
- Successfully
completed degree in Aerospace Engineering or a closely related discipline
- Excellent analytical and techncial thinking
- Fact-based decision making
- More than 5 years experience in leading development teams
- Familiar with the development cycle for space programmes according to ECSS
- Excellent understanding of complex development processes
- Fluent
German and English language skills, both written and spoken
