What you’ll be doing
Your work will directly influence how businesses hire and how candidates find jobs. Here’s what that looks like:
- Product Strategy: Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business goals and customer needs.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data insights to make informed decisions and identify areas for product improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, engineering, marketing, and other teams to deliver high-quality product features.
- User Research: Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously enhance the product experience.
- Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and high standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders, aligning teams on progress and priorities.
Who you’ll work with
You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing. You’ll work at the centre of our European product development efforts, shaping features used by thousands of customers.
What we’re looking for

✔ Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
✔ 2–4 years of experience in product management, preferably with SaaS or technology products.
✔ Proven ability to manage complex projects and prioritise effectively.
✔ Proficiency in tools like Google BigQuery, Amplitude, JIRA, or equivalent.
✔ Familiarity with product development frameworks (Agile, Scrum).
✔ Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
✔ Ability to understand and define technical requirements and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
✔ Proactive, collaborative mindset with a drive to create impactful products.
