Installation Project Manager

Ensure every project is completed on time, within budget, and to Grapevine Pro’s quality standards while maintaining a 5-star customer experience.

Position: Project Manager

After training, you will receive a competitive base pay and will have the opportunity to be promoted to more advanced roles. Based upon experience, pay for your first year will be in the $45,000-$70,000 range.

Key Responsibilities

  • Field Operations & Crew Management:
  • Conduct pre-job site walkthroughs to verify material orders and site accessibility.
  • Supervise onsite installation crews to ensure compliance with safety protocols and installation best practices.
  • Perform final quality inspections and punch-list walkthroughs with the homeowner.
  • Customer Experience:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact from the pre-installation call through final project sign-off.
  • Proactively communicate project timelines, weather delays, and material arrivals.
  • Handle onsite concerns or change orders professionally to maintain high Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
  • Logistics & Administration:
  • Coordinate delivery of materials to ensure they arrive precisely when needed (to avoid staging issues).
  • Manage permit posting, inspection scheduling, and municipal sign-offs.
  • Update your CRM in real-time with project photos, crew notes, and status changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years in residential exterior remodeling (roofing, siding, windows).
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of local building codes and manufacturer installation specifications (e.g., GAF, Certainteed, Anderson/Pella).
  • Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence for de-escalating customer concerns; disciplined time management.
  • Tools: Proficient with mobile CRM apps, digital scheduling tools, and photo-documentation software.

  • Exceed personal sales targets while demonstrating solid customer focus
  • Initiate and maximize each sales opportunity with existing and prospective customers while developing and maintaining key client relationships
  • Develop strong product and customer knowledge
  • Participate in company and industry events and conferences
  • Work on special projects and contribute to team domination
  • Communicate with customers throughout the sales life-cycle
  • Work closely with our Marketing Team & Sales Manager to provide new and innovative ideas maximizing market sales opportunities
  • Provide daily reports to Sales Manager and participate in weekly Marketing meetings
