Job Summary
The Senior ERP Business Systems Analyst serves as the functional owner and subject matter expert for Eclipse ERP business processes, pricing, product management, and operational workflows. This role partners with business leaders, operations teams, and IT personnel to optimize business processes, implement system enhancements, support acquisitions and integrations, and ensure accurate configuration of critical ERP functionality.
 
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Configure and support pricing, products, inventory, customer, and sales functionality.
- Manage ERP configuration changes and enhancement requests.
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Perform process mapping and gap analysis.
- Recommend system improvements that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain pricing structures, sell groups, product hierarchies, and pricing matrices.
- Analyze pricing impacts and recommend corrective actions.
- Support pricing implementations and business initiatives.
- Participate in ERP implementations, upgrades, acquisitions, and business transformation projects.
- Coordinate testing activities and implementation plans.
- Support training and adoption of new processes.
- Assist business units with warehouse process improvements and technology adoption.
- Perform ERP testing and change management: Supporting train/ test-to-production migration activities; conduct risk assessments before configuration changes, lead user acceptance and regression testing efforts.
- Develop documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures.
- Occasional travel for business or training needs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
- 5 or more years supporting ERP business applications.
- 3 or more years working with pricing, product, inventory, sales, purchasing, or distribution processes.
- Experience in Eclipse ERP environments preferred. Experience in Eclipse ERP environments preferred.
- Strong business analysis and process-improvement skills.
- Experience in wholesale distribution or HVAC distribution preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Office applications as needed to satisfactorily perform work assignments – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint as well as can learn company enterprise systems as needed.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
This is a full-time position requiring approximately 40 hours per week. The role is primarily office-based and involves:
- Prolonged periods of sitting, with occasional standing and walking
- Frequent use of hands and arms for computer and office-related tasks
- Regular use of standard office equipment, including computers and phones
- Ongoing verbal communication with customers and internal teams
