At Sales Iberia, we are responsible for business development, sales, and customer relationships throughout Spain and Portugal. The team works closely with developers, utilities, and independent power producers to promote and deliver high value propositions in energy solutions. By combining deep market knowledge, technical knowledge, and customer focus, the department supports the growth of renewable energy projects throughout the Iberian market, from early-stage opportunities to contract execution and long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales Managers and customers to understand project requirements, evaluate opportunities, and support the development of tailored technical and commercial solutions
  • Manage the coordination and preparation of competitive bid proposals, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, commercial objectives, and internal governance processes
  • Develop optimized project configurations by collaborating with technical, financial, construction, service, legal, and commercial stakeholders to deliver value-driven solutions
  • Perform project scoping, cost assessments, benchmarking, risk evaluations, and business case analyses to support bid strategy and decision-making
  • Manage the bid process across multiple cross-functional teams, ensuring timely execution of deliverables and alignment throughout the sales cycle
  • Prepare, structure, and maintain bid documentation and proposal content to ensure compliance with customer requirements and RFP specifications
  • Support commercial negotiations and contract finalization activities by providing technical and commercial analysis throughout the sales process
  • Maintain accurate opportunity records, pipeline data, and sales documentation in Salesforce, ensuring data quality and supporting continuous improvement of sales processes and opportunity outcomes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or equivalent). A degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a closely related field, along with solid technical skills, will also be considered
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, industrial equipment, infrastructure projects, engineering services, or other project-based commercial environments
  • Experience supporting technical sales, bid management, proposal development, project engineering, or commercial project execution within a multinational environment
  • Knowledge of commercial and technical evaluation processes for complex customer projects
  • Experience partnering with teams across functions while managing several priorities in a changing business environment
  • Professional proficiency in English
