Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Technology Delivery Lead is responsible for leading the successful delivery, deployment, and operationalization of enterprise digital products across the Operating Unit. This role serves as the technical delivery leader, partnering with Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, and business stakeholders to ensure digital solutions are implemented, adopted, and optimized to deliver measurable business value. The role provides technical leadership throughout the product delivery lifecycle, overseeing solution implementation, market deployment, quality assurance, release management, and production readiness. Working closely with Global Digital Services, Operating Units, and bottling partners, the Technology Delivery Lead ensures global products are successfully localized where needed while maintaining alignment with enterprise architecture, engineering standards, and product roadmaps. Success in this role requires strong technical leadership, delivery management, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to bridge business priorities with engineering execution across a complex, global environment.

What You will do for us

  • Lead the end-to-end technical delivery and deployment of enterprise digital products across the Operating Unit.
  • Provide technical leadership for regional product implementations, ensuring solutions align with enterprise architecture, engineering standards, and business objectives.
  • Partner with Product Managers to translate business requirements into technical delivery plans and implementation roadmaps.
  • Analyze local business needs and identify regional configuration, localization, and feature enhancement requirements to maximize product adoption.
  • Coordinate engineering, quality assurance, infrastructure, and operations teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable digital solutions.
  • Oversee product validation, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and quality assurance activities to ensure successful product releases.
  • Lead release planning, deployment management, production readiness, and post-launch stabilization activities.
  • Identify and proactively manage delivery risks, technical dependencies, and implementation issues across multiple initiatives.
  • Partner with Global Digital Services, Operating Units, bottlers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery, adoption, and business value realization.
  • Monitor delivery performance, operational health, service quality, and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support Agile delivery practices, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release coordination across cross-functional teams.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, automation opportunities, and engineering best practices to improve delivery efficiency and operational excellence.

  • Ensures consistent execution of delivery standards, quality practices, and release management processes across the Operating Unit.

  • Partners with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure, and business teams to accelerate successful product deployments.
  • Influences delivery planning, implementation strategy, and operational readiness across multiple products and markets.

  • Solves complex implementation and delivery challenges involving enterprise platforms, multiple stakeholders, and cross-functional dependencies.

  • Leverages automation, DevSecOps, AI-assisted delivery tools, and modern engineering practices to improve delivery speed and reliability.

  • Partners with Product Managers, Engineering leaders, Enterprise Architecture, and business stakeholders to align delivery priorities and execution plans.
  • Communicates delivery status, implementation risks, dependencies, and business impacts to senior leadership.
  • Facilitates cross-functional planning sessions, release governance, and implementation reviews.
  • Builds trusted relationships across Global Digital Services, Operating Units, bottlers, and external partners to drive successful implementations.
  • Influences delivery decisions through technical expertise, structured problem-solving, and a strong customer and business focus.

Requirements and Qualifications Skills

  • 10–15+ years of experience in technology delivery, software engineering, digital transformation, program management, or enterprise technology leadership.
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise digital products across multiple markets, business functions, or geographies.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile delivery, DevSecOps, quality assurance, and release management.
  • Experience working closely with Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex implementations, technical dependencies, and cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Experience leading testing, deployment, production readiness, and post-implementation support activities.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, enterprise applications, APIs, integration patterns, and modern software delivery practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Experience within consumer products, manufacturing, supply chain, commercial, or global enterprise environments preferred.
  • Expertise with Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft 365, project and portfolio management tools, and enterprise collaboration platforms.
