What you will do

Johnson Controls is seeking a dedicated Techno-Functional Lead who will be responsible for the successful implementation, enhancement, and support of our field service management solutions. This role combines business acumen with technical expertise in ServiceMax and Salesforce platforms. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders from business and IT teams to translate service business needs into effective and scalable solutions.

How you will do it

  • Lead end-to-end ServiceMax/Salesforce solution design, development, and implementation.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications aligned with best practices.
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, developers, and IT teams to ensure effective solution design, integration, and delivery.
  • Configure ServiceMax modules (Work Orders, Entitlements, Installed Base, Preventive Maintenance, Dispatch Console) and develop Salesforce/ServiceMax customizations, workflows, validation rules, and integrations.
  • Conduct testing, support UAT, and maintain comprehensive technical and operational documentation, including support runbooks.
  • Deliver training, provide ServiceMax subject matter expertise, and support solution adoption across teams.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability development within Architecture, Business Analysis, and Managed Services teams.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and demonstrate collaboration, influence, and accountability aligned with company values.

What we look for

Required

  • Experience in the Field Service domain.
  • Implementation experience with Salesforce or ServiceMax.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

Preferred

  • Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture and development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components).
  • Ability to create custom solutions using ServiceMax tools such as Service Flow Manager, Process Builder, and Visual Workflow.
  • Proven experience in implementing mobile applications like ServiceMax GO.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Experience in field service-intensive industries (e.g., manufacturing, utilities, medical devices).
  • Knowledge of Databases – Oracle, SQL Server.

Our salary and benefits

The initial basic salary for this position will be in the range of €2,700 – €4,215 per month, plus a 13th month salary applied after your first 6 months in the job.
