Are you passionate about transforming data into meaningful business insights? We're seeking a strategic Business Analyst to support our Quality team. This person will convert complex information into compelling narratives that promote operational excellence throughout a dynamic supply chain environment.
In this role, you'll support our quality organization by working with cross-functional leaders to identify key business metrics. You will develop impactful dashboards and visualizations and uncover opportunities to improve performance. You will analyze large datasets to identify trends, solve business challenges, optimize processes, and support data-driven decisions. Your skill in translating technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations will help build business strategy and operational success.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $84,750 - $124,300 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills
Tasks and Qualifications:
This is What You will do in The Role:
- Identify relevant data sources and assist in analyzing data quality and applicability.
- Data Transformation: Clean, manipulate, and structure large datasets for analysis.
- Visualization & Storytelling: Build compelling visualizations and presentations to convey complex findings.
- Collaborate with department/function experts to define important metrics, visualizations, and dashboards.
- Identify and implement ways to optimize data collection, storage, and analysis efficiency.
- Track, maintain, and provide current information on the operation's business scorecard.
- Share knowledge and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve project goals.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's or equivalent experience preferred).
- Four+ years of experience as a data analyst, including managing projects and working with cross functional team.
- Experience in data storytelling and simplifying complex information into clear ideas.
- Statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and experience with Big Data technologies (desired).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to tailor presentations for diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with enterprise data pipelines and warehousing.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically about data and identify trends and anomalies.
