Responsibilities
As an integral member of the Treasury Management Solutions Department, this position is responsible for supporting department wide reporting, data gathering, processes and procedures, and special projects for Treasury Management Department as a financial and data analyst. Assists the Head of Treasury
Management and Sales Officers as directed, as well as Commercial and Business Banking Department as needed. Provides a full range of professional, technical, data and financial analysis and general support to internal and external clients.
- Creates, completes and monitors monthly sales activity and financial performance for Treasury Management and Deposit products in working Treasury Management Officers, Government Banking Officers, internal business lines and third -party vendors.
- Responsible for business line reporting of sales, referrals, pipeline, incentives for completed sales as well as Treasury Management products sold, income derived from sales by region, branch and account officers.
- Responsible for tracking all waivers and exception pricing and providing accurate reporting.
- Creates reports for prospecting existing clients with product or account gaps designed to make prospecting existing customers more efficient.
- Works closely with Head of Treasury Management to monitor all financial, sales, government deposits, sales activity and creating/providing information to better drive additional business through various ways of obtaining and interpreting data.
- Responsible for reviewing current processes and procedures in treasury management solutions, government banking and commercial support services to uncover inefficiencies and make recommendations to resolve them
- Responsible for working directly with Deposit Operations on our Account Analysis system, which is the primary system used to assess service charges and collect fee income.
- Responsible for profitability reporting of Government Banking deposits portfolio
- Represents the Treasury Management and Government Banking departments as a liaison with other internal Bank departments (Commercial Support Services, Deposit Operations, IT, Finance, etc.) and senior management
- Responsible for the coordination and support of audits and examinations, along with the Treasury Management Operations Officer where necessary.
- Performs a variety of routine daily tasks; run and reviews reports, data gathering, prepares correspondence and participates in special department projects
- Responsible for reviewing government banking master loan reports to determine where loans are in the process. Assists in maintaining/improving the government loan process, as well as working with bond counsel and loan closings.
- Responsible for providing monthly reporting of Treasury Management and Government Banking data for the Commercial Banking report, as well as for use in the monthly Board reporting package.
- Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to pertinent policies, procedures and internal controls, and meet all job-specific requirements in a timely fashion.
Qualifications
Education, Training and Requirements:
- An Associated Degree in Marketing or Business-related field and equivalent experience.
- Advanced certifications in Excel, SQL, Power BI and Snowflake preferred
- All applicants must be 18 years of age or older

Required:
- Strong analytical skills. computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe. Strong customer service skills; Attention to detail and proven organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize and work effectively under time constraints.
- Proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills.
Preferred:
- JhaKnow, Xperience, and other Bank operating systems
Experience:
- Minimum of two (2) years of related business office experience with at least two (2) years in Banking generally required.
