We're seeking someone to join our team as an Analyst in ISG Equity Operations to support core trade management and processing for our business unit, clients, and internal partners engaged in execution and clearing activities on North American Listed Derivatives markets.
In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is an Analyst level position level position within Product Support & Services, which is responsible for providing transaction support and managing post execution processes.

What you'll do in the role: - Execute processes and functions, leveraging knowledge of the systems, markets and instruments that influence the team - Recognize risk in day-to-day processes to draw out the key issues and contribute to process and control improvements - Build relationships within team and internal stakeholders, sharing knowledge to contribute to team output and value creation - Participate in projects and initiatives, aiding in solution formulation with a focus on timely execution, including automation and transformation opportunities to reduce risk and improve efficiency {D Part 2: Scope of Role What you'll bring}
What you'll bring to the role: - Ability to establish clear goals and priorities, and address non-standard issues within area of expertise with minimal guidance and supervision - Subject matter expertise in business area supported, client requirements, and ability to ensure control is not compromised to comply with client requests - Culture carrier across Operations, embracing the Firm's core values - Must have ability to work under a deadline-driven environment - Ability to work in a team and build strong networks - Strong problem-solving, organizational and prioritization skills - Flexibility and ability to learn in a fast-paced environment - Self-motivated, inquisitive in nature, a strong appetite to learn - Demonstrate commitment for risk management and clear focus on process improvement - 0-2 years' experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role

Salary range for the position: $58,000 - $62,000 Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
