Manager for Engineering Management at Novo Nordisk Engineering

If you’re energised by leading and developing engineering managers, and you enjoy setting direction on complex pharma projects, we’d love to hear from you!

Who we are

We are a leading pharma engineering company shaping the future of API pharma engineering globally. Leveraging the expertise of 2,000+ employees across Denmark, India, and the US, we design, build and optimise pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities that are essential to the health and well-being of patients everywhere.

Our success is driven by passion, innovation, and collaboration — with our customers and across our teams and disciplines. If you share our dedication to a noble cause and our passion for API pharma engineering, then NNE is the place for you.

About the role

You will be a part of our management team consisting of three other managers, leading around 50 engineering managers. You’ll work alongside colleagues from many international backgrounds and close to our customers. Day to day, we work with the whole project organisation to keep the project teams moving in the same direction.

Your role is central to this, having around 15 employees directly reporting to you and setting direction to keep project delivery running smoothly across the organization. You’ll have a real influence on the company’s results, and the chance to grow both the Engineering Management department and your own leadership skills.

Who you are

We care about who you are as a person. In the end, how you work, and your energy is what impacts the results we achieve as a team. As a person, you are:
