Salesforce Administrator

As a Salesforce Administrator you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Salesforce systems to support business operations. This role involves configuring Salesforce applications ensuring data integrity and providing technical support to users. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and drive business efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
• Ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce systems.
• Provide technical support and training to Salesforce users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality.
• Develop and implement Salesforce workflows reports and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in Salesforce administration.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Strong understanding of data management and security best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce workflows reports and dashboards.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
