Required Experience:
- 10 years of experience delivering integrated programmatic, operational, analytical, and technical writing services, as well as strategic advisory functions, to CISA Stakeholder Engagement Division (SED)-governed councils, advisory entities, committees, workgroups, and stakeholder engagement frameworks in accordance with the FACA, DHS Directive 093-01, General Records Schedule 6.2, and other applicable statutes, regulations, and policies.
- Ability to develop classified agendas, pre-reads, briefing materials, and meeting documentation by leveraging collaboration and version control to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Experience providing logistical support, in a classified environment, for council meetings to include managing meeting registration, onsite meeting support, recording and capturing meeting attendance, engaging with senior officials’ ability to interface with senior government officials, and development of work plans to execute the meeting.
- Effectively coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather input, solicit participation, and prepare materials, employ workflows and data collection tools for efficiency.
- Strong analytical capabilities to document process improvements for council execution, including qualitative and quantitative analysis to develop recommendations and support decision making.
- Background in developing strategy papers, research memoranda, white papers, and issue analyses for leadership specifically geared towards the identification of gaps or inconsistencies in physical security and cybersecurity policy and developing recommended mitigation strategies and solutions.
- Proactive approach to monitoring emerging physical and cyber risks and technology trends informing advisory and council work.
