Principal Accountabilities
- With some oversight, solicits, collects and organizes documentation and data, and performs moderately complex data entry into one or more systems (Helix, Salesforce, Enablon, Spreadheets, Shelf Life Database or other Cargill systems and databases)
- Follows standard procedures for hardcopy and electronic document management (RIM Filing requirements, archiving & tracking of destruction)
- Enter non-routine/routine data and run standard reports from Cargill systems and databases
- Create reports as necessary to communicate data trends to FSQR Management
- Facilitate the food safety portion of new hire orientation using pre-existing training materials/power points
- Demonstrate initiative, and problem solving skills and an ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks
- Ideal candidate must be able to consistently meet deadlines and communicate effectively
- Under general supervision, plans, coordinates, and ensures logistics arrangements for moderately complex, varied to routine meetings
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2 years of relevant experience (Admin support or plant FSQR/Ops)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office software, with an emphasis on Excel
- Must be able to lift to 50lbs with or without a reasonable accommodation
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous production or Food Safety, Quality and Regulatory experience
- Working knowledge of quality and/or food safety processes, including HACCP and GFSI food safety standards
- Ability to analyze and report data
