Job Description

The IT Operations Engineer is responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and operational readiness of applications and infrastructure within an Agile and DevOps environment. Acting as a key link between Development, Infrastructure, Security, and Production Support teams, the role focuses on integrating operational requirements into solution design, enabling reliable production environments, driving automation, and promoting continuous improvement across the software delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

Key Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience in IT Operations, DevOps, Infrastructure, SRE, or related areas.
  • Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
  • Strong background in supporting production-critical applications and infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of IT Infrastructure Management, Service Management, IT Risk Management, Cybersecurity Fundamentals, and Incident/Problem/Change Management.
  • Experience with infrastructure automation and observability practices.
