Welcome to Love's! Love's Software Development team is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator III with deep experience in Sales Cloud to own, optimize, and scale our Salesforce environment. This role plays a key part in supporting business operations, improving user experience, and delivering strategic enhancements across our sales organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at translating business requirements into practical solutions, and demonstrates strong technical leadership in Salesforce best practices.

 

Job Functions:

  • Administer and maintain Salesforce environments, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings
  • Perform regular system audits and prepare for Salesforce releases and updates
  • Manage data imports, exports, and data quality initiatives
  • Maintain and configure standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and business processes.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to support business processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality and integrations
  • Collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
  • Implement and enforce Salesforce best practices for configuration, customization, and data management
  • Support the team with testing, deployment, and change management activities
  • Help train users and create documentation for new processes and features
  • Maintain a clean, efficient, and well documented Salesforce environment.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and practices to optimize workflows, automate routine tasks, and support informed decision making

 

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of application configuration or development utilizing Salesforce development tools

 

Skills:

  • Strong proficiency with standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and business processes.
  • Familiar with API integrations and standards like REST/OAuth/JSON
  • Ability to operate effectively both independently as well and within a team using Agile methodology
  • Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
  • Proficient understanding of CI/CD tools like Gearset
  • Experience delivering applications on the Salesforce platform
  • Able to recommend and enforce industry best practices and patterns
  • Strong proficiency with data modeling
  • Strong understanding of configuration and flow design
  • Must be well organized
  • Team oriented

 

Typical Physical Demands:

  • Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping
  • Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator
  • Requires normal range of hearing and vision
