Job Description
Responsible for each delivery of project delegated to Design Leader.
Coach and mentor for Designer and Sr Design Engineer.
Specialist of his domain to perform the task and challenge other for any new concept.
Able to manage size of team 4 to 7 member under his group of project on same domain.
Able to take quick technical Decision on basis of his technical BMIR standard to propose hypothesis to customer.
Self-driven and develop system as per customer request.
Take an approval from Manager or HOD for any deviation on Cost quality and delivery which impact performance.
Minimum 2 years of Working Experience in Harness routing using CAD tools - CATIA for Passenger cars & commercial Vehicles (Panel Van, Truck, Bus etc.,) in OEMS /TIER I Suppliers
Knowledge / working experience in any of Product Data management tools
Knowledge of complete vehicle & vehicle architecture
Knowledge on harness components like Connectors , wires, relays, fuse, protections, supports etc Experience in wiring harness & Vehicle development program and DFMEA
Knowledge in Product Design and drawings of wiring harness including circuit schematics.
Knowledge of automobile EE functions, on high-end vehicles (BCM/EMS/ABS/Airbags)
