About the job
The Supply Chain & Commercial Project Manager for Parallel Projects is responsible for coordinating and aligning the parallel projects directly or indirectly connected with iShift project. He/she is responsible for defining governance and align timelines and project phases, taking into account all project dependencies, milestones and critical paths.
This is to support the value realization of the local deployment for the roll-out in frame of the deploy project of the iSHIFT ERP Core Model framework, which is embedded in a single ERP for all businesses worldwide.
The parallel projects identified so far are Horizon, IO2C, BEI for EU and Bridge.
Main responsibilities
Strategic Program Leadership:
- Development and maintenance of a comprehensive program roadmap, taking into account all project dependencies, milestones and critical paths
- Ensuring alignment of all program activities with overarching business objectives and corporate strategy
- Definition and tracking of program KPIs to measure progress and value creation
- Identification and realization of synergies between individual projects within the program
Project Portfolio Management:
- Coordination and management of multiple parallel, interdependent projects
- Prioritization of projects and resources based on strategic importance and business value
- Management of project dependencies and critical interfaces between individual projects
- Ensuring consistent application of project management methods and standards across all projects
Resource and Budget Responsibility:
- Planning, allocation and optimization of resources across the entire program portfolio
Risk and Issue Management:
- Identification, assessment and management of risks at program level
- Development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies
- Escalation management for critical issues affecting multiple projects
- Ensuring business continuity and development of contingency plans
Stakeholder Management and Communication:
- Building and maintaining relationships with senior leadership, sponsors and key stakeholders
- Regular communication of program status, progress and achieved benefits
- Management of expectations and negotiation of trade-offs between competing priorities
- Leading steering committees and governance bodies
Change Management and Benefits Realization:
- Development and implementation of change management strategies for the overall program
- Ensuring acceptance and adoption of program outcomes within the organization
- Tracking and reporting of realized benefits against originally defined objectives
- Post-implementation reviews and lessons learned for continuous improvement
Team Leadership:
- Leading and developing a team of project leads and managers across various departments
- Fostering a collaborative, performance-oriented team culture
- Conflict resolution and promotion of cross-functional collaboration
About you
Experience
- Professional experiences preferred in pharmaceutical environmen
- Demonstrate a very strong track record in his/her Domain
- Strong project management skills or implementation SAP Projects is a plus
- A good understanding of business processes related to his/her domain
- Experience and working knowledge in SAP
- Leadership and management of a team

The salary range for this position is :€101.040,00 - €134.720Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
