What you’ll do

You’ll take ownership of work that gives us our competitive edge, including:

  • Support the execution of product markets strategy across assigned regions.
  • Analyse market performance metrics and customer behaviour to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Assist in translating regional insights into clear product requirements and enhancement recommendations.
  • Monitor and maintain an understanding of local market dynamics, cultural nuances, and regulatory considerations.
  • Track and analyse competitor offerings, positioning, and market trends to identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Support localisation efforts by ensuring product features, journeys, and experiences align with local market needs.
  • Collaborate with the relevant hubs, platform, optimisation, and other cross-functional teams to support effective delivery of specific initiatives.
  • Assist in tracking KPIs and performance at a market level, highlighting gaps and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to consistent market reporting, ensuring accurate and actionable insights are shared with stakeholders.
  • Support market expansion initiatives through research, documentation, and coordination activities.
  • Help surface insights, risks, and opportunities to inform product planning and prioritisation.
  • Act as a supporting point of contact for regional product-related queries and coordination.
