We are seeking an experienced and dedicated System Administrator to join our IT team.
As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and security of our core IT systems. Your work will be crucial in ensuring the stability and performance of our infrastructure, and you'll play a key role in implementing new technologies and maintaining compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities
· System & Server Management: Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers (Windows and Linux).
· Network Administration: Manage and maintain LAN/WAN/WiFi networks, including DNS, DHCP, and equipment from vendors like Cisco.
· Security Management: Implement and handle security measures such as firewalls (FortiGate), antivirus, and security monitoring.
· Cloud & Enterprise Applications: Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and work with cloud platforms, specifically Microsoft Azure.
· Data Protection: Oversee and execute regular backup and recovery procedures.
· Troubleshooting & Support: Provide expert-level troubleshooting for hardware and software issues and manage the helpdesk team.
· Compliance: Implement and enforce IT policies and procedures, including those related to ISO 27001.
· Automation: Utilize AI automation tools and scripting to improve efficiency.
· AI Support: Support AI transformation by security and infrastructure governance implementation
Requirements
· Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar IT role.
· Operating Systems: Strong proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy. Experience with Linux is a plus.
· AI: Knowledge in AI tools , security, setup, and support
· Networking: Solid knowledge of network protocols and administration.
· Virtualization: Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms like VMware.
· Cloud: Significant advantage for knowledge and experience with Microsoft Azure.
· Languages: Fluent in Hebrew with strong technical English.
· Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA/MCSE, CCNA, or cloud certifications) are a strong advantage.[DS]
