DescriptionSeeking a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Lead and Subject Matter Expert to support its strategic Prism initiative, focused on modernizing Premium Services operations.The initial phase of Prism focuses on VIP Tour operations, including guest booking, fulfillment, scheduling, payments, and operational workflows. Long-term expansion plans and additional premium guest experiences.This role will serve as the internal Salesforce expert and trusted technical authority throughout the Salesforce implementation lifecycle. Salesforce is the strategic platform and Birlasoft is the implementation partner. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $94.59 - $94.59/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
