We're looking for a Senior PMO Systems and Reporting analyst known at Ausnet as "Senior PMO Tooling Analyst" to join our Digital PMO and play a pivotal role in the evolution of our project delivery ecosystem. If you're passionate about Jira and Confluence, portfolio reporting, process improvement and enabling high-performing project teams through great tooling, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

Why this role matters

You'll be the go-to expert for the Digital PMO tooling landscape, ensuring our project and portfolio teams have the systems, insights and support they need to successfully deliver a portfolio of more than $150M worth of digital initiatives. You'll partner with project managers, delivery teams and senior stakeholders to drive governance, reporting and continuous improvement across a complex digital environment

What you'll be doing

  • Own and administer the Digital PMO tooling suite, including Jira, Confluence, Power BI, SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
  • Lead enhancements, integrations and continuous improvement initiatives across the PMO tooling ecosystem, in conjunction with internal IT teams.
  • Configure Jira projects, workflows, automations, dashboards and reporting solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to more than 30 project and delivery professionals.
  • Develop insightful portfolio and project reporting that supports informed decision-making.
  • Create training materials, facilitate onboarding sessions and uplift capability across the Digital team.
  • Explore innovative ways to leverage AI and automation to improve delivery processes and outcomes.

About you!

We're looking for someone who thrives on solving problems, improving systems and helping others get the most from technology.

  • Strong experience administering and configuring Jira, including workflows, dashboards and project setup.
  • Experience with administering and supporting the functionality of SharePoint.
  • Experience working within PMO, portfolio governance or digital delivery environments.
  • Expertise in reporting and analytics, including Power BI and advanced Excel.
  • Experience integrating Jira with tools such as Confluence, ServiceNow, SAP and Power BI.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • A proactive, continuous improvement mindset with the confidence to work in evolving environments
