What's The Role
The Product Commercial Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of product, commercial and customer strategies for residential Mobile and Fixed services, driving revenue, RGU growth, customer value and overall business performance for Curacao and Bonaire. The role owns the end-to-end product marketing agenda, from market and customer insights, proposition development and portfolio strategy, to commercial execution, performance tracking and optimization.
The Product Commercial Manager leads and develops the Product Marketing team while working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, CX, Finance, Technology, Operations and other stakeholders to translate business objectives into clear, actionable and measurable commercial initiatives. The role requires a highly proactive, commercially minded and hands-on leader who can independently identify opportunities, challenge existing approaches, turn data into insights, build compelling executive recommendations and drive initiatives from concept to execution.
The successful candidate is expected to take ownership, anticipate business needs, propose solutions and drive execution with limited supervision.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute the product and commercial strategy for Mobile and Fixed residential services, aligned with revenue, RGU and customer growth objectives.
- Own the product roadmap and Customer Value Proposition (CVP), including segmentation, positioning, pricing, offers and product enhancements.
- Identify market, customer and competitive opportunities and translate insights into actionable commercial initiatives.
- Lead the end-to-end execution of product launches, pricing changes, promotions and commercial initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and cross-functional alignment.
- Monitor and analyze product and commercial performance, identifying gaps, opportunities and corrective actions to improve business results.
- Develop compelling business cases and executive recommendations, using data and market insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead and develop the Product Marketing team, setting clear priorities, driving accountability and fostering a proactive, high-performance culture.
- Lead cross-functional and strategic projects, proactively identifying risks, solving problems and driving initiatives through to completion.

- Basic knowledge of Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or equivalent, and ability to leverage AI to improve productivity, analysis and content creation.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with ability to engage and challenge stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong project management and execution skills, with a track record of driving initiatives end-to-end.
- Customer-centric and data-driven mindset.
- Ability to challenge the status quo, prioritize effectively and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Commercial Strategy, Marketing or related roles.
- Telecom experience is preferred.
- English and Papamiento written and spoken proficiency.
- Proven people leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
