GNMA IAISO Cybersecurity Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cybersecurity Program Manager to join our team and bring new security processes to fruition within our organization. As a Cybersecurity Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning, initiating, and managing information technology (IT) security projects. You will lead and guide the work of technical staff and serve as liaison between the business and technical aspects of projects. You will plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage, in addition to monitoring progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.

Responsibilities:

• Provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of the execution of the program, and direct management over all subcontractors, service providers and services supporting this effort.
• Primary point of contact for Federal Leadership
• Provide a weekly progress report to the technical point of contact (TPOC) and other government personnel on the status and progress of specific security assessment and authorization support activities (i.e. Trusted Agent Tool input progress, Risk Assessment progress, Test Plan progress and issues).
• Develop and submit a Monthly Status Report (MSR) using Microsoft Office Suite applications to the TPOC and the COR.
• Provide oversight of projects and efforts to ensure they are being executed as planned on time/on budget/to requirements and in accordance with division, branch and agency instructions, guidance, and processes.
• Develop, monitor, and revise reports, dashboards, key performance indicator (KPI) metrics to track and report on performance.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of information security and cyber defense policies, laws, standards, concepts, technologies, and practices.
• Develop and maintain a MS Project Integrated Master Schedule
• Develop and maintain a Project Plans (Transition, Project Management and Quality Control)

Required and Desired Skills:

• Experience managing Federal IT Security projects, a team of 10 or more FTE
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
• Active/Current PMP; CISSP (desired)
• Experience with FedRAMP compliance and certification
• Knowledge and experience using CSAM or similar Vulnerability Management Systems
• Experience with risk management, identifying risk, assessing risk, and taking steps to reduce risk to an acceptable level and assessing and mitigating risks identified within business systems and IT applications, platforms and infrastructure
• Experience with Cyber Assurance Support, ensuring response and notifications to credible threats, active and new vulnerability remediation, proper response from contractors managing applications and environments, SOC services validation to include SOC operations, tool deployment and utilization.
